About the role

Our client, a leading distributor of healthcare products, is launching a Graduate Business Development Scheme. This full‑time position offers a competitive £35k base salary with the potential to earn up to £50k OTE, providing a fast‑track into commercial sales.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s product portfolio and value proposition to effectively educate prospects.
• Proactively contact leads via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with the services delivered.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the full 360‑degree sales process and prepare for progression.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
