About the role
Join Lawbox as a Graduate Business Operations Apprentice and help shape the future of legal tech. Based in Oxford with a hybrid working model, you will spend 2‑3 days a week in the office and the rest working remotely, starting in September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Identify repetitive tasks and design AI‑driven, low‑code automation solutions.
- Own end‑to‑end automation projects, from scoping to deployment, delivering measurable operational value.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support and maintain internal digital tracking systems.
- Champion digital change, helping non‑technical colleagues adopt new tools.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in law, business and technology.
- Self‑driven, highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Interest in AI, automation and low‑code platforms.
What we offer
- Fully funded AI & Automation Practitioner (Level 4) apprenticeship (14 months, 420 hours off‑the‑job training).
- Salary of £26,000 per annum.
- Hands‑on experience with real‑world AI projects in a modern legal consultancy.
