Graduate CNC Machinist – Motorsport/Aerospace

About the role

This graduate position offers full industry training and the chance to work on precision component projects for aerospace, defence, robotics and motorsport sectors. You will join a fast‑growing company establishing its UK factory and will be part of a tight‑knit workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program a range of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Produce high‑precision parts for aerospace, defence and robotics applications.
• Train and mentor junior operatives.
• Collaborate with the team on business strategy and project delivery.
• Work a standard 40‑hour week with occasional overtime.

Required profile

• Graduate in Motorsport, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous hands‑on CNC experience, preferably with multi‑axis machines.
• Motivation to develop a career in high‑precision manufacturing.

What we offer

• Salary between £28,000 and £38,000 per year.
