Graduate Credit Analyst

About the role

Monzo is looking for a Graduate Credit Analyst to join its fast‑growing Borrowing business in London. Over a two‑year programme you will rotate through three eight‑month placements, gaining hands‑on experience in credit strategy, machine learning, regulatory modelling and credit risk assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data to support credit‑decision models and lending strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance and risk teams to ship improvements.
• Participate in experiments and data‑driven testing to enhance customer borrowing experience.
• Contribute to regulatory modelling and capital management efforts.
• Provide independent review and challenge of lending strategies and models.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset.
• Eager to develop technical skills in credit analysis and data science.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
