About the role

We are seeking ambitious graduate engineers to join OpenWorks and help design technology that protects people and critical infrastructure worldwide. From day one you will work on real engineering challenges, collaborating across mechanical, electronics and software disciplines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and test systems that integrate mechanical, electronic and software components.
• Investigate technical problems, develop ideas and turn concepts into robust products.
• Create test plans, analyse results and validate designs to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers from different backgrounds to deliver complete system solutions.

Required profile

• Recent engineering graduate with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Self‑starter who enjoys turning ideas into reality.
• Strong motivation and drive to work in a collaborative, high‑energy team.
