Graduate Internship - Social Media & Employer Brand

About the role

Join Somerset Bridge Group as a Graduate Intern focused on Social Media and Employer Brand. You will work directly with the HR and Marketing teams to shape the company’s LinkedIn presence, helping to communicate culture, people, and ambition to a wider audience.

Key responsibilities

• Research LinkedIn best practices, competitor activity and emerging trends.
• Develop and refine the LinkedIn content calendar and create engaging posts.
• Schedule and publish content on the SBG LinkedIn page, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Gather stories and approvals from stakeholders across the business.
• Monitor post performance, produce simple reports and recommend optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or about to graduate) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, branding and content creation.
• Excellent written communication skills with a clear, engaging style.
• Curious, data‑driven and comfortable turning insights into action.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to suggest new ideas and approaches.
