Graduate / Junior Microsoft Solutions Consultant – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate or Junior Microsoft Solutions Consultant to join our fast‑growing consultancy specialising in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Working hybrid in Manchester, you will receive hands‑on mentoring from the founder while gaining experience designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft business solutions for SME clients.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to design and build Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Support implementation projects for Dynamics 365, including configuration and testing.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Assist in client workshops, gather business requirements and produce documentation.
• Research emerging Microsoft AI technologies and contribute to new service ideas.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Participate in business development activities such as networking, LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on both technical delivery and commercial growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a genuine passion for technology.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn Microsoft’s AI and business application ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client‑facing environment.
• Motivation to obtain Microsoft certifications and grow a consulting career.

• £28,000 base salary plus uncapped performance‑based commission (OTE £35‑40k).
