About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme across its retail branches in Canterbury, Ashford and Dover. As a recent graduate you will be immersed in a fast‑paced environment where you will develop leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the branch network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, monitor profitability and contribute to cost‑effective operations.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring smooth branch performance.
• Take ownership of projects that improve service quality and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail, customer service and business management.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn about finance and operations.
