About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Chichester and Bognor Regis. You will be immersed in a fast‑moving retail environment, gaining hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow a professional network.
• Assist with financial control, profitability analysis and budgeting for the branch.
• Support day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth branch performance.
• Participate in performance‑based incentive programmes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
