Graduate Management Trainee – Chippenham/Trowbridge

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Graduate Management Training Programme in Chippenham or Trowbridge. As a Graduate Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks and understand profitability drivers.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational duties across the retail outlet.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and performance‑based initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn financial concepts.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
