About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Durham. As a recent graduate you will be placed in a retail operation where you will develop leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profitability and contributing to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, learning the mechanics of a high‑volume mobility service.
• Take part in training sessions, mentorship programmes and on‑the‑job learning.
