Graduate Management Trainee

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme that gives recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across our retail operations. You will work in a supportive environment, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profitability drivers and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth branch functioning.
• Take part in training sessions, mentorship and on‑the‑job learning to prepare for future branch manager roles.
