Graduate Marketing Associate

About the role

As a Graduate Marketing Associate you will join Nothing’s small, fast‑moving marketing team to help make technology feel exciting again. You will work across product merchandising, media relations, social content and community engagement, supporting both audio and smartphone categories.

Key responsibilities

• Scale online presence by merchandising products, managing CRM flows and optimising product detail pages for global performance.
• Build and maintain media relations, write press releases and coordinate product sampling for influential outlets.
• Create short‑form social content and captions, monitor performance and refine messaging.
• Launch operational workflows with the Production team to streamline marketing operations across functions.
• Support product marketing strategies, translating technical specifications into clear, accessible messaging.
• Engage directly with the community on platforms and help plan events that bring supporters together.
• Research cultural trends and collaborate with Talent Relations to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Required profile

• A pragmatic creator who takes ownership without waiting for consensus.
• Excellent written communication in British English, avoiding corporate jargon.
• Strong eye for design and detail, ensuring polished output across all touchpoints.
• Ability to move quickly in a startup environment, juggling PR, social and e‑commerce tasks.
