Graduate Programme – Aerodynamics & Software Development

About the role

The Audi Revolut F1® Team is launching its inaugural Graduate Programme in the United Kingdom. Graduates will join either the Aerodynamics Performance stream or the Software Development stream, working on live Formula 1 projects from day one at the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth aerodynamic performance and correlation analysis using track data.
• Develop and maintain innovative tools and processes for aerodynamic analysis.
• Collaborate with Aerodynamic Development, CFD, Wind Tunnel, and Track Engineering teams.
• Provide remote race support and contribute to aerodynamic catalogue and simulation inputs.
• Participate in software development tasks supporting the F1 car’s performance systems (for Software Development stream).

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Passion for motorsport and willingness to work collaboratively across international teams.
