About the role

Join CBRE’s Next Generation Cohort and embark on a 24‑month Graduate Scheme focused on Property Management. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship from industry experts, and the chance to work on high‑profile real‑estate projects across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, present findings and support client interaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to build commercial real‑estate expertise.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated property‑management solutions.
• Use industry‑specific software and analytics tools to calculate rental, rating and valuation figures.
• Conduct market research, identify trends and provide qualitative insights.
• Inspect, measure and view properties, draft schedules, reports and sales particulars.
• Meet deadlines set by colleagues, clients and peers.

Required profile

• Forward‑thinking, enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate and the built environment.
• Self‑motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive work ethic, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Good time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Legal permission to work in the UK at the start date.
