Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of technology professionals and client organisations.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and manage offers.
• Develop new business by establishing relationships with hiring managers.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value placements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate outreach.
• Experience using online job boards for sourcing.
