Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Hedge Fund & Fintech

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious graduate or gap‑year student to join Scope AT Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the hedge fund and fintech sectors. You will work in our Richmond office, supporting both clients and candidates while developing commercial, sales and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing financial services clients.
• Identify, approach and assess high‑quality candidates for specialist roles.
• Manage recruitment assignments from briefing through to successful placement.
• Generate new business opportunities and meet individual and team targets.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
