Join a market‑leading recruitment agency specialising in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds and Asset Management. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be based in our brand‑new Leeds office, working alongside experienced consultants to source and place top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for open vacancies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and client firms.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Work towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Manage candidate database and become a subject‑matter expert in your sector.

Required profile

• Recent or soon‑to‑be graduate with strong communication skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and results‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proactive relationship builder with a track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part‑time work, etc.).

Required skills

What we offer

• £27,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (potential earnings £40‑50K in year 1).
