About the role

Spencer Ogden is seeking ambitious graduates to join its London office as Recruitment Consultants. This sales‑focused position will launch your career in sustainability staffing, connecting talent with renewable energy, infrastructure and technology projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and win business opportunities.
• Source, engage and present top candidates for active vacancies.
• Negotiate offers, rates and commercial terms on behalf of clients.
• Maintain long‑term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve daily, weekly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2025 or 2026 graduate or recent graduate with experience in corporate, sales, customer‑facing or leadership roles.
• Highly motivated, competitive and resilient.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
