Graduate Recruitment Consultant – £26k base + commission

About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Recruitment Consultants in Exeter. You will work in a high‑energy, supportive environment, building your own specialist market across engineering, energy, technology and construction. The role offers a base salary of £26,000 with uncapped commission, targeting an OTE of £35‑40k in the first year, Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm with early finish on Fridays. You will receive structured development, ongoing coaching and a clear progression route from Associate to Director.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for client vacancies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, winning new business.
• Manage recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and placement.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Specialise and grow expertise within your assigned market.

• Coachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Motivation to earn and progress quickly.
• Sales experience helpful but not essential.
