About the role

We are seeking a graduate‑level Recruitment Consultant to join our London office. You will work within a fast‑growing recruitment firm that specialises in technology, quantitative finance and digital innovation, supporting clients and candidates from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with leading tech, fintech and finance companies.
• Identify, interview and place high‑calibre talent in specialised roles.
• Develop deep knowledge of markets such as quant trading, cybersecurity, AI and cloud.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to achieve targets and receive mentorship.
