About the role

Join Scope AT Recruitment as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant focused on technology and financial services. You will work in‑office in London, learning to place engineers, quants and technologists with banks, trading firms and funds.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the technology‑trading market, understand firm specialisms and contractor rates.
• Shadow senior consultants, build a candidate network in a chosen vertical.
• Source, qualify and submit candidates, managing your own conversations.
• Develop and manage your own desk of clients and candidates, driving placements.
• Achieve quarterly and annual performance targets through uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Curiosity about how technology and financial markets work.
• Resilience – ability to handle frequent rejections.
• Precision – attention to detail on rates, contracts and candidate skills.
• Strong communication – can hold a valuable conversation with strangers.
• University degree (subject not critical); no prior sales experience required.
