About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join our London/Richmond office. This is a fast‑track graduate programme where you will learn the fundamentals of sales and recruitment while building your own client and candidate network.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and candidates daily via phone, coffee meetings and virtual calls.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Match talent to job opportunities, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
• Learn to pitch services, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning uncapped commission.
• Promote job openings through advertising, networking and social media.
