Graduate Scheme – Rotational Role in Sales, Marketing & Commercial

About the role

This two‑year Graduate Entry Scheme offers recent graduates a fast‑track experience across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Customer Service for a leading international imaging brand. Based in Surbiton with a hybrid working model, you will start contributing to real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through three of four core departments, gaining hands‑on experience in each.
• Support retailer operations, manage marketing investments and assist account managers.
• Develop media communications, PR content, social media copy and video assets.
• Assist with budget planning, market and customer insights, and commercial forecasts.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face events, ensuring accurate database updates.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong enthusiasm for commercial business functions.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to take responsibility early and work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM concepts and basic data handling.
• Ability to use standard analysis tools for reporting.
