Graduate Security Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our cyber consultancy team in Bristol. You will start building a career in security consulting and penetration testing, receiving structured mentorship and training from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out security assessments and vulnerability scans on client systems, networks and applications.
• Participate in penetration testing engagements under supervision, identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Analyse security risks and contribute recommendations to improve client security posture.
• Produce clear, well‑structured reports and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support incident response activities and stay up‑to‑date with relevant regulations and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on client sites and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise.

Required skills

• Experience with Metasploit.
• Experience with Burp Suite.
• Experience with Nmap or similar security testing tools.
