Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

This graduate position offers a fast‑track entry into supply chain planning. You will work alongside an experienced team, gaining hands‑on exposure to forecasting, inventory management, supplier coordination and international logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data and market trends to support demand forecasting.
• Learn and apply inventory planning techniques to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to manage deliveries, international shipments and container planning.
• Raise and manage purchase order recommendations.
• Produce and analyse reports that inform business decisions.
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Investigate supply chain issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics and Operations teams.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects across the supply chain function.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Operations Management or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with a keen eye for data trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a genuine passion for learning.
