About the role
This position is designed for recent graduates who wish to begin a career in primary education. Based in Watford, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support classroom activities and gain hands‑on experience in a supportive school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom tasks and small‑group instruction.
- Plan and deliver short, targeted exercises for small groups of pupils.
- Record and monitor individual student performance and progress.
- Provide flexible support as needed across different year groups.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in primary teaching.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and able to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to start as soon as possible.
