Graduate Town Planner – Cardiff/Bristol – Summer/Autumn 2027

About the role

Boyer, a leading planning and development consultancy, is seeking Graduate Town Planners to join its offices in Cardiff and Bristol for the Summer/Autumn 2027 intake. The role offers a structured graduate programme with mentoring, training and support towards RTPI membership.

Key responsibilities

• Work on challenging and prestigious development projects alongside senior planners.
• Participate in project research, site analysis and preparation of planning applications.
• Contribute to client meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required profile

• RTPI‑accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree in town planning or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable commitment to the planning profession and career development.
• Relevant work experience such as placements or internships is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
