Graduate Trading Support

About the role

This graduate position works directly with the Head of Trading and the wider trading team to deliver a superior user experience on the platform. You will support day‑to‑day trading desk operations, interact with customers, and gain insight into market trends and technological changes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve support queries.
• Participate in technical pre‑sales meetings and help sell products and services.
• Produce documentation and presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Engage with customers, sometimes face‑to‑face, to gather requirements and identify product improvements.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and analyse product usage statistics.
• Travel overseas to the Middle and Far East for client meetings.
• Cover the trading desk as part of daily duties.

Required profile

• Educated or studying in a relevant academic field.
• High integrity, attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically, including international trips.
• Optional: fluency in Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Salary circa £25,000 per year.

• Shift rotation (e.g., 6 am‑3 pm, 7 am‑4 pm, 8 am‑5 pm).
