Graduate Trainee Manager

About the role

This Graduate Trainee Manager programme is designed to fast‑track ambitious graduates into a store management position within a growing retail business in London. You will start on the shop floor, gaining hands‑on experience across all aspects of store operations before progressing to senior responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, motivate and coach team members.
• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators, identifying revenue‑driving opportunities.
• Manage stock, deliveries and merchandising to maintain store standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with recruitment, scheduling and team development as you advance.

Required profile

• A degree in any discipline with a strong drive and ambition.
• Confident, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership mindset, ownership and genuine care for team and customers.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not essential.
