Graphic Designer – Creative Services

About the role

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its in‑house Creative Services department in Los Angeles. Reporting to the executive lead of the Design team and working closely with a Project Manager, you will create visual assets that support internal initiatives and client projects across a wide range of media.

Key responsibilities

• Research, conceptualize, design, and produce presentation decks, intranet materials, event invitations, websites, video graphics, ads, logos, and branded collateral.
• Develop Outlook email graphics and templates for internal and external newsletters.
• Design and produce visual content for monthly staff meetings, annual retreats, and special agency events.
• Collaborate with assistants, agents, executives, and clients to understand photography and videography needs.
• Advise colleagues and clients on the best visual tools to secure business opportunities.
• Work with the Head of Production and Project Manager to source, edit, organize, and archive corporate and client materials.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work for corporate and entertainment contexts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to agency‑wide initiatives.
