Group Finance Reporting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting, technical accounting and lease accounting across the IWG Group. The role will partner with the Global Shared Service Centre and drive the transformation of our monthly close and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, reviewing financial results and variances.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, MD&A and disclosures under IFRS, US GAAP and UK Listing/SEC standards.
• Redesign and implement reporting processes and controls to transition to US GAAP and improve efficiency.
• Research and apply US GAAP and IFRS standards, produce technical memorandums and guide policy implementation.
• Lead interactions with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Collaborate with the Global Shared Service Centre to ensure accurate transaction processing and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain internal control environment, supporting SOX compliance.
• Manage and coach a direct report, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and experience with quarterly reporting and consolidated statements.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during close periods.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across time zones.
