Group Financial & Tax Accountant

About the role

Dotdigital is seeking a Group Financial & Tax Accountant to support global reporting, tax compliance and the wider finance team. You will work in a fast‑growing SaaS environment, helping the company meet statutory, tax and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of UK and foreign entity statutory accounts.
• Aid in the production of UK and foreign entity tax returns.
• Assist with international payroll, benefits and sales‑tax reporting as required.
• Complete and submit statistical reports such as ONS filings on time.
• Support month‑end close for non‑trading entities.
• Assist with global R&D tax claims and Group audit activities.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Fully qualified or part‑qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in practice or a global finance team.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK tax and modern finance processes.
• Experience with US entities and US tax is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with consolidation and high‑growth SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work hybrid/remote.
