Group FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to join a rapidly growing £400m group with 40 entities worldwide. The role will provide financial insight, reporting and business partnering to support decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end reporting packs and deliver in‑depth analysis of entity results.
• Partner with finance and leadership teams to ensure timely, accurate close and provide commentary on monthly performance.
• Analyse forecasts and budgets, identify key drivers and improve financial models.
• Support the development and maintenance of the five‑year medium‑term plan.
• Collaborate with the Group Reporting team to ensure correct use of OneStream and CXO, and suggest enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new acquisitions into the financial reporting framework.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to work across multiple entities and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights.

• CXO financial consolidation tool.
