Group Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a portfolio of property services and technology brands. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will shape strategy, drive campaigns and deliver measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly multi‑brand marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage customer acquisition across digital, email, content, organic, partner and event channels.
• Improve website journeys, conversion rates and overall digital performance.
• Oversee CRM, nurture and lifecycle marketing activities and support product launches.
• Lead and develop the internal Campaign Manager and coordinate external agencies and specialist suppliers.
• Measure performance against leads, pipeline, acquisition cost and revenue, adjusting spend as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business goals into marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing people, agencies and external partners across multiple brands.
• Proactive, data‑driven decision‑making and willingness to challenge under‑performing activity.

Required skills

• Use of AI tools such as Claude for research, content creation and automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing.
• Lead generation and digital acquisition expertise.
• Marketing automation and multi‑channel campaign management.
