You will work across product, pricing and platform teams to design bold new propositions that drive commercial growth while improving customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a long‑term strategic roadmap for unsecured personal loans.
• Develop and launch innovative loan propositions and initiatives that deliver commercial value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to keep the business ahead of industry shifts.
• Measure and report on the performance of new propositions against growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing product and proposition strategies in financial services.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth.
• Ability to work proactively with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Creative and transformational mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
