Growth Director / Head of Growth (London, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Growth Director to lead customer acquisition and overall growth for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer wellness brand. Reporting directly to the founder, you will own the growth strategy from day one and play a pivotal role in a major brand relaunch.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid acquisition across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
• Build, test and improve Shopify landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
• Develop and manage email and SMS automation programmes.
• Drive creative testing and collaborate with external creative partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and implement rapid improvements.
• Support additional channels such as Google Ads, Amazon and emerging acquisition opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering growth in a DTC, consumer or e‑commerce environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid social and performance marketing.
• Ability to own the full customer journey from acquisition through retention.
• Strong commercial focus with deep understanding of CAC, LTV and scalable growth models.
• Proactive, adaptable and energized by fast‑paced, entrepreneurial settings.
• Comfort with AI and modern marketing technology to boost efficiency.
