Growth Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a smart, high‑agency individual with frontend‑leaning software engineering experience to lead our product growth efforts. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, driving usage analysis, acquisition, and pipeline optimisation for our AI‑for‑legal platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product usage with dashboards (Posthog, Grafana, Datadog) to inform growth marketing and boost engagement.
• Design and run creative top‑of‑funnel experiments, including SEO‑embedded features, paid‑ad tracking, and event outreach.
• Develop workflows to flag unengaged users and experiment with re‑engagement strategies.
• Define and refine key growth metrics in partnership with the team.
• Optimise revenue and pipeline steps both pre‑ and post‑sale.

Required profile

• Strong frontend‑leaning engineering background.
• Solid product sense and interest in the business side of growth.
• Ambitious, high‑agency mindset eager to make a big impact in a fast‑growing AI startup.

Required skills

• Frontend development (JavaScript/HTML/CSS or similar).
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Posthog, Datadog, and Grafana.
