Growth Manager – International (LATAM & EMEA)

About the role

Oscilar is building an AI Risk Decisioning platform for banks and fintechs. We are looking for a Founding Growth Manager, International (LATAM & EMEA) to launch and scale our presence across Latin America and Europe‑Middle East‑Africa from zero.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, webinars and regional events to generate pipeline in new markets.
• Localize messaging, creative assets and landing pages for each market, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Build and manage regional account lists, intent data and market research to prioritize target accounts.
• Own the regional marketing budget, track pipeline contribution and iterate quickly based on results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Head of Growth and VP of Marketing to align go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of B2B growth or demand‑generation marketing experience, preferably in fintech or regulated industries.
• Proven track record launching marketing programs in new regions without an existing playbook.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred and deep cultural knowledge of LATAM and/or EMEA markets.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch.
