Growth Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack product thinker who uses research, data, and experimentation to drive better bets, faster learning, and stronger commercial outcomes. You will drive product vision and strategy of a product domain alongside our product, growth and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality of product bets and accelerate the speed at which we learn.
• Turn ambiguous signals from customers, data and the market into clear problem framing and product strategy.
• Partner closely with engineers and founders from the start of an initiative, shaping solutions together.
• Validate ideas using interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing and behavioural analysis.
• Ship, learn and iterate quickly, moving bets from idea to shipped product to measurable outcomes.
• Coach the team, introduce scalable frameworks and keep product thinking close to customers.

Required profile

• Expert in your domain specialization, able to mentor other PMs.
• Systems thinker who understands customer journeys, funnels and feedback loops.
• Engineering partner who translates insight into clear problem framing and practical trade‑offs.
• Decision‑oriented, comfortable making confident calls under uncertainty.
• Capability builder who designs product systems that compound over time.
• Strong judgment, clear communication and ownership of outcomes.
