Guest Relations Executive – Luxury Hotel Lobby

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, delivering a warm and genuine welcome to every guest who steps into the iconic London lobby. Working closely with the Guest Relations Team, you will help create memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the visible representative of the Jumeirah brand in the hotel lobby, providing a consistent and genuine welcome.
• Share stories about the Jumeirah experience and local cultural or historical facts with guests.
• Manage daily administrative duties and communicate key information to relevant hotel departments.
• Proactively engage with guests, gather feedback and address their needs to ensure memorable stays.
• Assist with guest requests such as reservations, directions, special arrangements and follow‑through for satisfaction.
• Welcome VIP guests, coordinate seamless check‑ins, luggage delivery and personalized services.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Passionate about hospitality, travel and the local area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality with strong interpersonal skills.
