Head Concierge – Luxury Hospitality Leader

About the role

The Head Concierge will lead the Front Desk team in delivering 5‑star, deluxe hospitality for residents and their guests in a prestigious Chelsea property. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong leadership, organisational ability and a passion for personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the Front Desk team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, administrative tasks and guest interactions.
• Conduct interviews, performance reviews and provide ongoing training.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on service standards and operational matters.
• Tailor resident experiences to individual preferences and needs.
• Manage the concierge department’s budget and resources.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
