Head of Advice / Senior Financial Adviser

About the role

This senior position combines people leadership with client‑facing financial planning. Reporting to the Growth Director, you will lead a high‑performing advice team while maintaining your own portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4‑5 Chartered Financial Advisers.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings, performance reviews and quarterly PDPs.
• Set weekly objectives, monitor adviser performance and mentor career progression.
• Provide holistic financial planning advice to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Generate new business through seminars, networking and introducer relationships.
• Ensure technical excellence and FCA compliance across the team.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow the advice function.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner (preferred) with proven holistic planning experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring or developing financial advisers.
• Strong people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Passion for building high‑performing teams.
