Head of Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Brand to own how Pairs presents itself to founders and investors worldwide. You will set and execute the brand strategy, create the content that tells our story, and lead a small team of VC Content Interns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the brand’s positioning, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
• Produce and edit founder and investor story videos, from booking to final cut.
• Write and publish weekly founder posts, company updates, newsletters, and a quarterly report.
• Plan, brief, and oversee paid campaigns, sponsorships, and retargeting efforts.
• Mentor and grow VC Content Interns into full‑time contributors.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and running an end‑to‑end brand, with measurable results.
• Hands‑on creator who writes posts, directs shoots, and cuts video personally.
• Experience managing small teams or freelancers and developing talent.
• Strong writing ability in a restrained register, with published work beyond short captions.
• Knowledge of how AI answer engines and journalists select sources, and SEO fundamentals.
