Head of Business Operations – Bermuda Relocation

About the role

This senior position leads Business Operations for a global organisation while offering relocation to Bermuda, one of the world’s most desirable island destinations. You will shape operational performance, influence strategic direction and enjoy an exceptional quality of life in a sunny, outdoor‑focused community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve operational performance across the organisation, ensuring efficient, consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies, operational frameworks and business processes that support sustainable growth.
• Oversee facilities, suppliers, administrative support and corporate services to maintain an effective working environment.
• Manage core people functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR compliance.
• Support organisational development through governance, reporting structures, succession planning and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, marketing activities and cross‑functional projects while supporting senior leadership on operational risk and business continuity.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading operational or corporate services functions within a professional or regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.
