About the role
The Head of Business Operations will oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of a leading growth investment fund in London, ensuring robust infrastructure, systems, people, processes and controls are in place to support the firm’s expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the firm’s operational infrastructure, including IT, facilities and risk controls.
- Lead and develop the administrative team, aligning them with executive priorities.
- Drive transformation and change‑management initiatives.
- Oversee operational risk management, policies and procedures.
- Ensure budgets and operational procedures are effectively controlled.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a business operations management role.
- Background in private equity or boutique investment management is preferred.
- Experience managing IT, facilities, administration and operational risk.
- Strong understanding of operational procedures, controls and budgeting.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- People‑management experience is advantageous.
