A well‑regarded law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Property to lead its growing department. This senior legal position offers strategic leadership, autonomy and a clear pathway to partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial property team and manage a high‑quality caseload.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.
• Drive department growth and shape its future direction.
• Contribute to the firm’s wider business strategy and client development.

Required profile

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 10+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property law.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a management role.
• Commercial approach to client relationship management and business development.
• Existing referrer network is advantageous but not essential.
