Head of Corporate & Legal – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing law firm to appoint a Head of Corporate & Legal. This senior leadership position will own the corporate department, shape its strategy and drive growth while working closely with the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of corporate solicitors.
• Oversee high‑value corporate transactions, including M&A, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
• Drive business development and manage key client relationships.
• Provide strategic leadership to expand the department and enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Proven track record of managing complex corporate transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
