Head Of Creative

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing fashion brand to find a Head Of Creative who will shape and own the brand’s visual identity. This senior position will lead the creative function from concept through execution, ensuring every touchpoint drives cultural relevance and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall creative vision and visual identity across all brand channels.
• Lead concepting and execution of campaigns for digital, social, eCommerce and retail environments.
• Maintain consistency and quality of all creative output, from content assets to full campaigns.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and eCommerce teams to align creative work with commercial objectives.
• Oversee content production, including photo shoots, video and social‑first assets.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and production partners.
• Recruit, mentor and scale an in‑house creative team covering design, content and production.
• Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends, injecting fresh ideas into the brand.

Required profile

• Proven senior creative leadership experience within a high‑growth consumer or fashion brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating culturally relevant, high‑quality creative work.
• Track record of end‑to‑end campaign development and execution.
• Deep understanding of digital, social and content‑first creative approaches.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial awareness.
• Experience managing and developing creative teams in a fast‑paced environment.
