Head of Customer Services – Construction, Asset Management & Housing

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head Customer Services for a social‑enterprise operating across construction, asset management, property services and housing. The role will drive growth by securing new members for a consortium that offers procurement solutions, economies of scale and rapid access to vetted services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to attract new customers across the East Midlands and East of England.
• Promote the consortium’s procurement platform, highlighting benefits such as group purchasing, preferential offers and compliance support.
• Manage existing member relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends in construction, housing and asset management to inform product development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, business development or customer success within construction, housing or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture B2B relationships and close sales.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks, building safety regulations and property services.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
